The Upazila Governance Project (UZGP) has provided a two-day training on ‘Coaching, Mentoring and Backstopping Support Skills to DLGs and DDLGs’ at National Institute of Local Government (NILG), Agargaon in Dhaka.
Hundreds of enthusiastic visitors including university teachers, students, government officials, gender and women development activists, members of the Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and NGOs flocked to the stall jointly set up by Upazila Governance Project (UZGP) and Union Parishad Governance Project (UPGP) in a Gender Fair in Begum Rokeya University campus in Rangpur on 8-10 April.
The Upazila Governance Project (UZGP) is going to launch a 5-day General Training for key Upazila functionaries including Chairs, Vice-Chairs and Upazila Nirbahi Officers (UNOs) from next month.
The UNDP-supported Upazila Governance Project (UZGP) has provided an intensive Training for Trainers (ToT) to 101 more master trainers, thus raising the total number trained on Women Development Forums (WDF) to 379.
